kernel Panic -Not syncing Fatal exception


I have pc , pentium 4, 3.0 ghz , .99 gb Ram. I try to install Red Hat Linux Workstation 4. after processing the installation,during rebooting the system I got an error that Kernel panic- not syncing Fatal excepion.

Please help me out.
