kernel 2.6.29 and ACOOUNT, IPMARK, ROUTE... patches - where to find ?

Does anyone know where i can find patches for kernel following patches: ACCOUNT, IPMARK, ROUTE, TARPIT, condition, connlimit, geoip, ipp2p, ipv4options, pknock, time. Or know if the latest kernel already includes them (but when i was compiling kenerl i didn't see any options for ACCOUNT or IPMARK or time options in Netfilter configuration)

They are the options for iptables or Connection tracking kernel modules. Build your own kernel with these options selected or have a distribution kernel with these options.
