Post Is PREEMPT_RT already implemented?

Hello everyone,

I am a bit behind on linux kernel scheduler updates, then I have read about this one on

If this is already implemented, on what kernel version did it started? Thanks.

Without any patch, the kernel support something, like following.
The configuration item CONFIG_TREE_PREEMPT_RCU:

* prompt: Preemptable tree-based hierarchical RCU
* type: tristate
* depends on: CONFIG_PREEMPT
* defined in init/Kconfig
* found in Linux Kernels: from 2.6.32 release still available on 2.6.38 release


interrupt handlers, kernel, preemption, preempt_rt
