interface status


i have two WANconnections.if one connection is down other connection is up automatically.if i try to ping these two wans they will give succeess.but what actually there is only one wan connection is up at atime.how will i fond the which one is up and which one is down.i am not interested in using ioctl nfunction.is ther any way to find the solution for this problem.

You could identify the interfaces by their MAC-Address.

To solve this, parse the MAC from an output of

Code:
ifconfig
Note: You (normally) have to be root-user to do this

Accesin linux partition from Windows...partition

Hai can any one please help me in telling me hov to access a Linux partition from the windows partition.... ???


they both reside on same hard diskk.....ok

rmsekhar you should use your own thread to ask your question but you can try http://www.fs-driver.org/ or Explorer2fs for windows
