At first look, it's trying to build a 2.6.x module in a 3.4.x kernel, which is brave, but not guaranteed of success. Error 2 is file not found, IIRC. It's probably missed a header file.
I would load the standard config and make with commands like

cd /usr/src/kernels/3.4.4-5.fc17.x86_64
cp /boot/config-3.4.4-5.fc17.x86_64 .config
make clean; make
|
and then try your install.
