initramfs getting courrpt in kernel version "2.6.32-279.39.1.e16.x86_64"


Hello,
We have upgraded kernel version to "2.6.32-279.39.1.e16.x86_64" but after reboot initial ram disk getting corrupt. We have recovered it, rebuilding the initramfs but we have reported several incident for the same kernal though OS is diff like RHEL,Suse etc.

Anybody can please help me to figure out the issue is it kernel version bug etc?
