How to integrate new peripherals to Android based board

Hi,

How to integrate new peripherals to Android (JB) based board e.g. USB Camera, Wifi Headphone/microphone, USB Keyboard/mice, Wifi Game Controller/Karaoke.

Device specifications not known as of now, I have to make an estimate of required effort for this activity.

I need general guidelines which I'll need to follow to carry out this activity.

For example if USB Camera is linux UVC driver compliant then will it work without any changes or what more changes are required at Linux BSP level to make it working.

I need the answer very urgently.

Thanks
Nitin

You need to find out if the peripherals have linux drivers. If they do, it should be straightforward. If not, you need the periph doc to estimate the cost of writing one. In your case, it seems to be the wifi chip that requires most attention.
