Exclamation How to downgrade from 2.6.9-42.0.3.ELsmp to 2.6.9-42.0.2.ELsmp ?

I have CENTOS 4.4 x86_64 OS with 2.6.9-42.0.3.ELsmp kernel version. I need it downgraded to 2.6.9-42.0.2.ELsmp since this newer version is known to cause loads on servers. Can anyone provide a how-to or step-by-step commands ?
