how debug the kernel with ddd?
is ddd debug kernel only with remote debugging ?

Debugging the Linux kernel is not trivial; I don't see how you can do it with ddd when that assumes a kernel and C library is loaded and successfully running; how can ddd be scheduled if the kernel crashes?
