What are you building ? Linux From Scratch ?

If not, and those headers are for Suse :
The headers in /usr/include/linux/ : etc.
are the kernel headers that were used to build glibc.
Used now, when you build applications.

If you are sure, you want to replace those headers, the solution
is usually : /usr/include/stdio.h , line 653 ..
Edit the word getline to parseline. ( Temporarily.)

Please read item # 22, ISPConfig.
