Find virtual to physical address mapping in Kernel?

Dear Friends,

I am using kernel 2.6.19 and trying to find out the Memory map for virtual to physical address mapping entries. Does any one know which file under kernel source mention the mapping information?

Have a Good Day,
Ankur.

Moved to Linux-Kernel

I'm not competent in this area. For those that are, please tell us what documents you have read about Linux memory management.

Here is one Google search that looks useful:

I'm not an expert on this area either, but one of the things you need to do is buy the latest edition of the O'Reilly book: "Linux Device Drivers" by Corbet, Rubini and Kroah-Hartman. You need this book to write device drivers. You will find the memory management driver under the subdirectory "mm" in your kernel source tree.
