Red face enable Fips mode Via kickstart in Cobbler


Hello i am building RHEL7 boxes using Cobbler i would like a way to enable FIPS mode on the RHEL7 boxing during kickstart installation when I add it to the kickstart file as such


bootlader --location mbr --append "fips=1"


the systems install fine but on initial boot halts and gives me this error message

fips integrity test faild
dracut-pre-pivot[585] warning /boot/vmlinuz3.10.0-693.el7.hmac does not exist
system haulted


NEEED assistance ASAP please help.
