dracut: FATAL: don't know how to handle

Hi at all,

I installed centos 7 on a server.

Since I updated CentOS (with yum update) reboot fails, and show me this error: dracut: FATAL: don't know how to handle 'root=dev/mapper/centos_sys400-root'

How can I fix this problem? if I type 'yum upgrade' I see an another update of kernel and dracut.
If I upgrade still think that this problem is corrected?
At the moment I have to start it with the original version (as when I installed) of kernel otherwise does not start.

I'm sorry for my bad English

Vito

I haven't used Centos, but I am a Fedora user. My approach in situations like this is to remove the bad kernel and then upgrade to the new kernel. If the problem is fixed, all is well. If the problem remains, you are no worse off than when you started this process.
