Do I need all three (desktop, pae,&default) kernels installed on my system?

Hello, I've been using Linux for nearly a year now.
I have three 2.6.31.12-0.1 kernels installed on my system: kernel-default, kernel-pae, and kernel-desktop.

Do I need all three of these or can I delete one or two?

I have done some reading on PAE and my system doesn't need it for the ram (only 2048MB installed and max). All three show up in grub as boot options and I think I have tried them all with no noticeable difference. I understand most of what the -pae is for (>4GB RAM, NX, etc) but not the difference between -desktop and -default. Does one have any advantage over the other (I haven't noticed, but maybe in some area I've yet to explore)
Thanks for any help.

system specs:
openSuse 11.2
kernel version 2.6.31.12-0.1
Gateway ML6714 laptop
Pentium T2130 Core2 Duo 1.86GHz (although web specs say T2030 for some reason. Used to be correct, but they changed it???)
2048MB RAM

PAE is also used for virtualizing:vbox, kqemu. Do you use either of these?

Your desktop has little to do with your kernel.

Yes, I use VirtualBox.
