Cross sign modules using code signing certificates?

Hi,

So with MS you can use a code signing certificate and cross sign with their certificate and use the driver in windows. Does linux have a way of doing it so modules can be provided already signed, not where a user has to rebuild their entire kernel, then manually use those signing files to sign the module.

??

TIA!!
