Compiled new 2.6.25 kernel, xorg won't work, will work with old kernel.

I am running slackware 12, I just installed and got working a new 2.6.25 kernel, however, when I run it and try to start the x server (startx), I just get a blank screen. When I toss in my slackware CD and boot off of the default kernel, the x server works fine. Any ideas?

Did you rebuild your video card driver?

No, how do I do that? I am running the fglrx drivers.

Is that ati? Sorry, I've only worked with nvidia... Basically, you should just re-run whatever script you used to build the drivers the first time.
