CHN tractor touch display (CASE IH and NEW HOLLAND)


I need help.

I am noob in linux.

I need add mouse after if i have bad touch screen.
In display have avaliable usb

maketing name of display is intelliweiv 4 or AFS 700 (for CASE IH)

I can download sw from display NAND flash or i can také from BSP

Welcome to LinuxQuestions.

There is probably some clause in your EULA that prohibits modifying the software/firmware in your display. That said, if inserting the USB mouse does not just work then it will be difficult for anyone that does not know anything about the touchscreen's hardware/software to provide help.

Wouldn't the presence of such firmware online suggest it was from a company that provided at least, implicit permission to update it? Such as with a router update.

I'm not negating malware versions of it in the wild, but the initial firmware it was based on would most likely be from the company itself. Are you talking about the EULA or the warranty?
