busybox installation not woking

While compiling the busybbox after make
while make install with PREFIX option i am getting the foollowing message

"You will probably need to make your busybox binary
setuid root to ensure all configured applets will
work properly."

make install did not give any error but my PREFIX directory is not having any busybox image
