ZIF Drive will not mount

Hi, I just recently took apart my Zune 120G because it, well, crashed and burned. I suppose it was going to happen eventually. anyway, I ordered a ZIF->USB hard drive case, got it in today, and when I plug it in, I can't figure out how to mount it. Any help with that?
