Zaurus Linux Ftp problems

hi,

Recently I have purchased Zaurus SL5500 and the problem arises when I try to Ftp
from my Zaurus into the linux box(Debian).
But successfully able to Ftp from Zaurus to my Linnux box
getting error similar to this
420: Service not available .Remote server not located

Any help will be greatly appreciated
