Xlib: extension "XFree86-DRI" missing on display :0.0

The first part of this may be more appropriate in the software forum, but it's a hardware hangup that's causing me the grief. I just installed the official ATI drivers for my graphics card, as well as the fglrx drivers. The ending install notes said that I should run fglrxconfig and then reboot...which I attempted to do.
It was fine up until the monitor section, where the script asks for my vertical and horizontal sync rates. I don't carry those things in my back pocket, and since this is an Dell 1704 LCD monitor I wasn't worrying about it anyway. I quit out of that, sorted my config issues out in Sax, and rebooted. Things are fine, except when I try to run World of Warcraft via wine: I get an error about "Xlib: extension "XFree86-DRI" missing on display :0.0".
Google says that's a problem from lack of 3D acceleration, and when I tried to configure that part in Sax it said that my card didn't have 3D accel capability, so it's probably right. This is bs, since I've a Radeon 9800 Pro in here :) so I'm guessing this is a problem either from something I didn't install, or because I didn't run the fglrx config script all the way through.

This is all on SuSE 9.1, with XFree86 4.3, and the latest official ATI drivers. I hedged the Graphics Card section of Sax and said Radeon 9700 - that was the closest they had. I didn't much with my XFree86Config file at all (other than thru Sax), so if there were any modules and such needed like the Nvidia installs need, it probably wasn't done.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!
