Question Xircom CWE1130-NA (Wireless Notebook Card) Driver Installation

Hi, I think this is the first time I've even gotten this far in getting something to work for me with Linux! I'm glad to say I know the exact drivers I need, but as I am a complete newbie and feel that using the internet WITH Linux will help me learn a LOT, I'd like to set up a _brand new_ wireless notebook card. I know for a fact the drivers needed for its chipset are the airo_cs ones, and I am running Debian 3.0r2 (the latest distro) on the laptop. I had a regular ethernet PCMCIA card configured and it was working fine with Debian, so I am sure that my PCMCIA ports are fine and Linux detects that they exist. I just need to know how to install these drivers to have Linux detect my card. I have the source code of the drivers if you don't think it came with Debian, but I think they did. (the drivers). I'd really appreciate any help on this issue possible. THANKS!

airo_cs has been in the kernel since 2.4.5 I think... What's the output of these commands:

/sbin/cardctl ident

/sbin/lsmod

With the card loaded in there?

Also, what's the chunk of "dmesg' about 10 lines or so worth, right after card insertion?

Cheers,

Finegan
