XFree86 on a Pal TV

Hi, hopefully this will be a very quick and simple question, but what are the correct mode lines for a Pal TV as a secondary display in XFree86?

I have a dual headed card and wouldn't mind using my TV to watch DVDs and play some games etc. But I'm not sure what I should put for horizontal and vertical sysnc for it. It's nothing special, just an ordinary bog standard TV...
