wusb11 v3.0 HELP!

hey, I"m new here, and I was windering can anyone lend me a hand with my linksys wireless usb adapter, a wusb11 v3.0. It uses the prism2.5 chipset and I think the linux-wlan-ng drivers support it. How ever, I've tried several times to configure those damn drivers, using everything I found on the internet(I have about 50 pages of printed stuff on how to configure it), and nothing works. I need some one to post very detailed instructions on what to do.

I"m planning to install gentoo. So if you have any experience in this please help me. (I've installed gentoo before, but never without internet).

You might get better help in the wireless networking forum.
