balanced/performance dpm modes seem to be equal == power state 0/1/5 == and work ok

battery dpm mode uses == power state 2 == which is too low and makes the screen out of focus/doubles anything a little to the right and is unusable

== power state 5 == looks good but how to make dpm use it instead of == power state 2 == for battery mode?
