WLAN Cards for Laptops

Hi

Does anybody know which WLAN crads are supported in the Kernel 2.6 which is in the Mandrake distribution ?
I want to switch my laptop from Windows XP to Mandrake 10.1 and now I'm not sure which WLAN card I should buy for the laptop.

Thanks & Regards
Cujo

I run a Linksys WPC11 and it works just fine... All the linksys cards use the tulip driver.. though I wouldn't recommend Mandrake... it is classically buggy with certain, unexplainable querks... If you want a user friendly distro that's easy to use... I recommend SuSE 9.1 or Xandros... Both are well developed... and without so many problems...

orinoco classic gold PC card

This card is auto-detected in fedora. I believe support for it has been built into the linux kernel since 2.4

I have succesfully installed my "D-Link DWL-650+" on my 2.6.8.1 kernel.
Some people say that D-Link make shitty-stuff, but i havent noticed.
I used the acx driver for the card...

well, there is only one thing... the acx driver is so verbose. it types out everything on my screen... but im sure it is possible to turn it off... havent found it yet though...
