wlan card help

I'm trying to get linux drivers (debian) for the NetWave Point II PC BWP612B PCMIA card....the website for the card only gives redhat friend said that they wouldn't have any chance at working with debian a linux noobie in need of help, and i should shoot my friend for giving me an offbrand card lol. Help me PLEASE.....
