Wireless speakers for Linux?
Some time ago, I tried to get a wireless speaker for my Linux box, but I failed.
I read somewhere that using wireless speakers produce better sound than bluetooth speakers. I don't know if that is true. In any case, I would like to know of any good folks out there using either {wireless, bluetooth, other non wired} speaker on Linux on Linux without the suffering I describe on the aforementioned post. Thanks for reading this. |

directly to speaker and save more power consumptions. Some wireless speaker are using RF signal or radio frequency and some are bluetooth. |
Thanks for your answer.
Actually, on my original post I should have said "I read somewhere that using RF signal speakers produce better sound than bluetooth speakers" I was just trying to save the hasle of more cables running back and forth. But I guess you are right. At the end of the day, simpler is better, and that does not necessarily mean wireless :) |

Advantage: 1. No cable or wire to install. 2. Easy to install. Disadvantage: 1. Battery for power supply. 2. Limited Area Frequency Signals. 3. More power consumptions. |
