If you have hwinfo installed, try this:
with the wireless nic plugged in, run "/usr/sbin/hwinfo --printer" to see if OpenSuse detects the printer, and "/usr/sbin/hwinfo --netcard" to see if the nic is detected..
If the printer is detected, and if you are using the KDE environment, open a terminal and run "kdesu firefox" (or whichever browser you prefer). when the browser comes up, in the URL box, enter "http://localhost:631" to get into the CUPS printer management. Choose to add a printer, then go through the configuration to configure your printer.
