wireless on ibm t30 with redhat 8.0

Has anybody tried to a wireless connection on a thinkpad t30?
ibm itself (inpite of their claims of Linux compatibility) has no
drivers for this device, which as far as I can figure out is an
IBM highrate wireless lan mini pci card

Thanks for any advice

Enrique.

This is IBM's name for a rather common card.

Try the loading orinoco_cs or wvlan_cs.

If you don't have orinoco_cs, it is at http://ozlabs.org/people/dgibson/dldwd/.

Here's an article that verifies the card is Linux compatible but doesn't name any modules: http://www.linuxcare.com/labs/certs/...less/intro.epl
