wireless drivers, live cd
Hello, I'm using PHLAK 0.3 Live CD. I've got a Gigabyte GN-WPKG v1.3 wireless card using RT2500 chipset. I can't figure out how to get the drivers loaded for the wireless card. I understand that Troppix 1.2 might be able to support the card out-of-the-box, anyone know a place I could get a copy of that distro? Otherwise, how do I load my wireless drivers for PHLAK? Thanks.

I've checked all major linux distributors, seems due to legal issues, Troppix 1.2 has been removed. I was hoping for a pointer to a provider who may still have it.

???
Could someone help, this thread is still unresolved. I attempted to use Auditor Live CD and was unsuccessful. I really just need a Live CD that will support my wireless card or instructions as to how to load the second-party drivers while using a Live CD. Thanks.

You may have to install a kernel module and if that is the case then I don't know if you can do that since a livecd is ran off of the cdrom. What is the reason for not installing linux.
