Keebler LQ Newbie Registered: Apr 2003 Distribution: Mandrake 9.1 Posts: 5 Rep:	Wireless cards under the wLan Project I was getting errors with unresolved symbols, and I've fixed that...come to find out that I thought the kernel was i386, but was built for athlon..eh. But, now I get this message everytime at start up, could anyone shed any light on how to go about fixing this? copy from system log Sep 28 22:28:30 localhost insmod: /lib/modules/2.4.20-8/kernel/drivers/net/prism2_pci.o: insmod wlan0 failed Sep 28 22:28:30 localhost kernel: init_module: prism2_pci.o: 0.2.0 Loaded Sep 28 22:28:30 localhost insmod: /lib/modules/2.4.20-8/kernel/drivers/net/prism2_pci.o: init_module: No such device Sep 28 22:28:30 localhost kernel: init_module: dev_info is: prism2_pci Sep 28 22:28:30 localhost insmod: Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including invalid IO or IRQ parameters. I've tried switching out cards also, but I'm sure that wouldn't help *RedHat 9.0 2.4.20-8 Athlon 1.4
