I'm pretty certain that that is the output for the wireless card because I only have one D-Link product in the PC. I was under the impression that it was supposed to be Prism2. It is a DWL-250 Hardware Revision B.
naw, it's a realtek 8180, and it's the same chipset used in the linksys wpc11 version 4, search right here at linuxquestions' homepage on that linksys model number, I've seen a few success stories about it, alternatively, you can go to realtek's site and see if they have a linux driver for it, from what I just read, they just might, be careful, there are at least 2 variants, the 8180, and the 8180L, can't tell at this point which one you have.
Well that is actually very encouraging. Thank you. I just downloaded the drivers for both 8180 and 8180L. I'll play with them later and see if I can get online. Thanks for the help. I'll post again once I've tinkered with the drivers to the best of ability. Thanks again. And sorry for those who helped while I was under the impression that it was the prism2 chipset.
