wintv hvr 900h on linux


hi all,
i have a wintv hvr 900h and i want to use it with either ubuntu8.10/fed10/fed7/opensuse11.1/mandriva one 2009 which one would be best and what app and how!!

Any Hauppage install is a snake pit. Mythdora or Mythbuntu almost work.

cool thanks waht is the site of mythdora cos anything to do with ubuntu i hate i will guess its fedora respin

Yes it's a Fedora with Mythtv overlay startup.

They remove Fedora splash screen and desktop pix and use theirs.
They add scripts at starup to get Mythtv setup.

ok finnaly i have downloaded and installed mythdora 10.21 and i love it but i have got no further with the winth hvr 900h problem it is not recognised... so can someone help???
