Angry wintv go fully supported by my distro but not recognised

I'm 46 hours into this installation but I'm determined to get Suse 8.2 pro running so that I can completely replace Windows as my home Operating System.

I have a wintv go card which suse say is fully supported however it is not recognised during the installation. I have tried manually selecting it but it asks me about which tuner to select which is a long list, but nothing in my installation manual for the tv card does it say which tuner to choose.

Anyway I've tried all the tuners and nothing works. When I try to fire up KwinTV all I get is an egg timer which spins and then nothing, it just stops. I would really appreciate some help with this...

I have typed uname -r and got this if it helps 2.4.20-4GB but I have no idea how to get the output for lspci.

Thanks in advance
