WinTV-D - No Signal?

Trying to get my TV card setup on my RH9 box. RH9 detected the hardware, and the appropriate kernel modules get inserted at boot time, and everything generally looks good about the card being detected.

However, trying to watch TV (with either mplayer or tvtime) I pretty much get no signal. The signal, of course, is fine, plugged directly into the TV you couldnt ask for a better picture.

I'm not using DevFS, and the software is using /dev/video0 as the video device.

I've also tried both ports on the card, neither will generate a signal that the tv programs can read.

No, I haven't tried it in Windows, but I may if I get frustrated enough just to ensure that it's not the card itself.

Anybody have any ideas on what I could try?
