Will the new Dell 24" wide screen work with Linux?

I am thinking of getting the new Dell 24" wide screen and was wondering if it will work with my Linux set ups.

Do I need to get special drivers for it?

Many thanks.

It should work. You need to make sure it comes with the manual of its specs so you can run gtf to help you make modelines.

There should not be any drivers for any displays.
