will RH9 work on a dell 3000 laptop

i have obtained an old dell 3000 laptop.
it has the following specs. pentium 233mHz ; 64 megs ram ; 4 gig HD. cd- rom /flppy swapable drives.

it has win 98 on it right now .. will this laptop run RH8 in a x window enviroment or GUI interface.

my goal with this is to learn line commands and other basic linux stuff while on the road..(i drive tractor trailers ) also how will it handle the open office and internet stuff?

thanks
