Will Hardware Setup Work W/Linux

Will this hardware config work with linux, i'm about to purchase a new pc, and wanted to know if there are any know problems.

HP Pavilion
2.1 GHz AMD Athlon XP 2600

Memory 512 MB DDR SDRAM (1 DIMM)
Hard Disk Drive 120 GB 7200 rpm Hard Drive
CD/DVD Drive 16x DVD-ROM Drive
CD/DVD Drive for Second Bay 48x CD-RW Drive (48x12x48x)
Graphics Card 128MB NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti4200
Sound Card Sound Blaster Audigy
Speakers Altec-Lansing 221 2.1 Speaker

looks fine to me, i've no idea about the speaker system though. I beleieve the audigy is supported fine though

I should think so, can't see anything that won't work. Linux hardware on pretty much every Disto has come a long way in the last five years and you only tend to get problems with Windows specific hardware like some winmodems and printers.
