Who is able to interpret this USB error message
 
Who is able to tell me, what is going wrong after switching my Fuji digcam on. /var/log/messages tells me

Is really nobody able to point me in the right direction?

Looks like it can't read the file descriptor from the camera.
It should say something like:

Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02
This is from the output of my pendrive.
