Which operating system yo chose

Iam a new linux user and want to install linux on my old PC .The specs of the PC are 166MHz 128MB RAM 8GB hard diskintel pentium-MMX. Can you suggest a good linux OS for my PC Iam thinking in the lines of Redhat -7 or Debian or ubuntu.Can you also tell me which version to chose of the above ?
