Which DVB-S card would you recommend?

we're switching from cabel to satellite soon and I'm wondering which DVB-S card I should get and which software you'd recommend for watching/recording.
I'm currently looking at the Hauppauge WinTV NOVA-S plus, but seeing as this is already an older card, I was wondering if there's something better you could recommend.

Thank you,

dvbs, tvcard
