Where to purchase internal laptop web cam?

Hm, I took apart my laptop screen and found there is a space to run wires up to an internal web cam that would mount inside...but I looked on eBay and all of the web cams I see come mounted inside giant housing that you put on top of the laptop...not inside...that wouldn't fit inside the 1/3 inch space available...

Where can i find a really really small web cam for that?

You'd probably have to find one from someone parting out a similar laptop that had the webcam option.
