What version ATI driver for Fedore C3?

They provided a link on their site with a checker, but I can't seem to do it correctly.

Could anyone tell me which driver version to DL for FC3?

TIA!

Some Googling led me to believe that FC3 doesn't support XFree86.... correct?

Apparently, there won't be any 3D support until the next driver release for us users!?

Can someone tell me if I am correct, and if there may be some sort of workaround out yet?

FC3 has been out for about two weeks, I would think ATI could have something done by now!

Wink

Not sure if I should chime in since you appear to be having a nice conversation with yourself but I'm having the same problem trying to get my 9800 Pro running 3D since FC3 runs Xorg and not Xfree86. We might have to wait a bit for the driver to support the cards correctly. 2
D runs great.

Does anyone happen to know when ATI plans to release this driver?

FC3 has been out for a bit now, long enough for them to make a driver I would think.

Of course, they can release a new Windows driver once a month, but not Linux!

When I get back from class tonight, I am going to create a dual-boot for FC3 and WinXP at least until ATI can get their act straight or I can get an nVidia card (as I hear that their support is much better, and they are up and running under FC3).

EDIT: And oh yeah, I was having a nice conversation with myself there.
