what PCI SCSI adapter do you recommend for FC2?

Hi, guys. I have an old minitower that's been gathering dust for a year now. I also have 4-5 scsi drives laying around (from ibm/sun servers). I'm thinking of putting together a small linux server and putting all my drives in there. All drives are scsi.

My q is this:
what cheap PCI scsi adapters have you guys found to be reliable with redhat as3/fc2?
Is there decent driver support that's low hassle to install?
How many drives can i attach to it?
The case is minitower, what are some creative ways of stuffing 5 scsi drives and 1 IDE + 1 CDROM?
Would a 320w power supply be enough?

Thank you. This is my first time building a home scsi server, is there anything I overlooked?

I'm quite familiar with server installs at work but those already come preassembled...

Thanks again.

btw, If FC3 experimental is better, that's not a problem either.

Adaptec SCSI Card 19160 works with most SCSI drives, but it depends on what drives you have. Could you get the data sheets on each of the drives and post what interface each one is "exactly". It makes a difference and not all are compatable to be run on the same bus.
You'll need to know if they are single-ended, or LVD. Also the interface speed like "ultra-wide" or U2W, or Ultra-160/320, whatever. It also makes it easier if the physical connector on all drives is the mini 68 pin.
Ideally you want all drives to be either Ultra-160 or Ultra-320, 68 pin connector.
