What is iSeries and pSeries ?

Dear All

I have a Dell Server with RHEL4 installed.
I need to install IBM Tivoli Directory Server on my Dell Server Box.
When I read installating guide. I only found the installation guide for
iSeries and pSeries Linux.

I guess iSeries and pSeries are IBM hard ware
So If I use Dell Server , it belongs to iSeries or pSeries ?

Rgds

Neither - both iseries (used to be called AS/400) and pseries (RS/6000) are proprietry.
Closest would be xseries.

Start at http://www-03.ibm.com/servers/ and have a look around.
