what graphics card to choose?

okey...so i'm thinking of upgrading my graphics card.
i currently have a nvidia fx5200 wich does a decent job for an aging card but i would like something better.
i've narrowed it down to a msi or xfx nvidia geforce 6200 and 7300gs.
they both have their pros and cons but since i'm not that knowledgeable on hardware as i am on software i would like some input.
i play games such as enemy territory, true combat:elite(wich is an awesome enemy territoy mod),tremulous and cube and my system specs are an asus k8s-mx MoBo,amd sempron 64 3000+ and 512 mb ram.
so can anyone give me some advice?

tia

My primary use is business (SOHO, but still..), so had slightly different requirements than you. Dual head DVI and fanless were at top of my list, and my price target was ~US$100. Oh, and had to be nVidia, of course. I do occassionally play WoW on a PvP server though, just to hack up friends with various medieval weapons, so 3D performance was on the list too, somewhere near the bottom. Ended up snagging a XFX 7600GS PCI-E 256MB off eBay for ~US$85.

TigerDirect currently has them for same price with rebate.

The 7300 GS is the evolutionary replacement of the 6200 TurboCache. It has a higher speed memory clock, higher speed core clock, and more memory. Except that it may be a few dollars cheaper, I cannot think of a good reason to select the 6200 instead of the 7300.

PS: I have owned both MSI and XFX cards and prefer XFX.

I have the Verto by PNY GeForce 7300 GS on my FC 6 setup and it works well and handles all desktop effects available with Beryl.
