Question What can I do with a firewire connection?

I have a firewire connection on my computer (like most of you guys) and I was wondering what I can do with it. I know I can connect an external HDD and a video camera, but what else that can work on Linux?
Thanks,

Thanks guys. When the two computers are next to each other, this may be interesting.
