Have you used any apps that support webcam? Kopete does and there's Camorama Webcam Viewer (check your package manager to see if it's there to be installed).

I am using Kopete but i cannot seem to view my webcam image and neither can the people i am allowing to view my webcam, all the can see is blue. Could you please give me directions to help me set it up as none of the directions in the leaflet are actually for Linux, they are just for windows witch really bugs me. Thank you

That camera should be supported by the gspca driver, which can be found in the Livna repository for Fedora.
