Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

volatility tool

hello, i want to use two tools to read the ram of victim machine using inception and volatility tool,
i will link them both below, in inception tool when i run the commands while connecting the firewire to the victims machines, it always give an error that ' connect to the victim machine or check the connection cables' well very thing is connected fine but still it gives me error.[mod removed]

in volatility tool i am trying to do that buy i am confused by what it means by that 'therefore the CSR registers must be updated to appear as if they are an SBP2 device',[mod removed].

so my question is do i have to change any setting or do something in Linux so that it acts like a SBP-2 device?

I'll forego the customary greetings in your case.

It's difficult to imagine an innocent application for inception, and you certainly haven't provided one. I've reported this, and the moderators can see that your post gets the attention it deserves.
